The Disney Parks Blog post you linked to states it is all you car to enjoy and just lists "For your main fixin’s, choose from BBQ pulled turkey served over cornbread, spit-roasted ham served with country beans or stewed beef served with mashed potatoes."
This is what makes me think it will be family style like the garden grill, where you get several meats to choose from and can get refills. It also states there will be cornbread for the table which also makes me think it will be family style.

Good news, but confusing with cuts happening in other locations of the resort. Hopefully it stays open indefinitely relieving some of the stress on the other dining locations.

BBQ Turkey? Were they forced to find a way to use the rest of the leg donors? That's certainly a niche dining choice, you'd be out of business most places in the South and West trying to pass that off as BBQ.

Thanks. BTW, I didn't say when it would end. It obviously encapsulates a busy period from just before Easter through Memorial Day. Still temporary.

Correct! Its coming from the same kitchen. This is not a response to Safari, but rather has been in the works for some time and the plan all along when Liberty Tree Closed. A bit part of the refurb was expansion of the kitchen to handle the Horse Shoe as additional demand. Though I did think it was permanent, I was surprised it now listed as March through May.

I believe its all you care to eat of the salad, corn bread, and the 1 entree you ordered. You cannot order a second entree, but for the $33 you will be able to order more of your choice of meat.
