It is? The article says each diner has a choice of one dinner item. Where did you see all you care to enjoy?
Disney Parks Blog.

This is confusing. The parks blog says all you care to enjoy, but the website & Steves article says to choose one entreeOrlando Theme Parks News is reporting its all you care to enjoy.

Sounds a little like the menu at garden grill to me, salad to start, meat and veggies and a hot dessert
Maybe it's "all you can eat" for the entree that you choose? This is confusing. The parks blog says all you care to enjoy, but the website & Steves article says to choose one entree

I know, I agree, but then when you go to the website menu it says choice of 1 entree. The Disney Parks Blog post you linked to states it is all you car to enjoy and just lists "For your main fixin’s, choose from BBQ pulled turkey served over cornbread, spit-roasted ham served with country beans or stewed beef served with mashed potatoes."
This is what makes me think it will be family style like the garden grill, where you get several meats to choose from and can get refills. It also states there will be cornbread for the table which also makes me think it will be family style.
That is confusing. Aw the blog post does seem to word it quite clearly as all you care to enjoy.I know, I agree, but then when you go to the website menu it says choice of 1 entree.

Good news, but confusing with cuts happening in other locations of the resort. Hopefully it stays open indefinitely relieving some of the stress on the other dining locations.
Hmm will they be serving horse.
The Disney parks blog says it from March to May.I'm inclined to think temporary seasonal. Easter (3/27) is a month away.
I've eaten horse in Asia. It's delicious.

Correct! Its coming from the same kitchen. This is not a response to Safari, but rather has been in the works for some time and the plan all along when Liberty Tree Closed. A bit part of the refurb was expansion of the kitchen to handle the Horse Shoe as additional demand. Though I did think it was permanent, I was surprised it now listed as March through May.They had the same menu over Christmas. It's basically an extension of the Liberty Tree dinner offering.
