If that building is GMR as you say then according to the art the land entrance would be near Sunset and Animation would be closed off...I think

So if this is true then the land doesn't end at the former Jack Sparrow as some people thought but instead goes all the way down the animation courtyard and would completely take out the Sparrow, One Man's Dream and Little Mermaid building.
Yeah, it does make sense, I just can't get my head around why the TSMM building was represented so inaccurately in the art. Maybe done on purpose?

To me it looks like it goes down farther...but it's hard to tell since we don't know how big the TSMM building is supposed to be

It will completely take out jack Sparrow and almost all of One Mans Dream. Mermaid (the building at least) is safe. The land will begin roughly where the entrance to OMD is now.

It's not unusual for show buildings to be stylized, reduced or entirely omitted in concept art.

Yes. That is what is being represented in the artwork. But the structure will change.

The scale being discussed here is absurd. TSMM's ride building is wider than that of GMR and a rectangle, not the shape in the art. Its building is one acre. By my approximation, that would make the land 20 acres. But I know it's just a concept that minimizes the impact of large ugly buildings.
I was skeptical at first also, but if you accept that the TSMM building was not drawn accurately, then the rest seems to fit. I also don't see any history of the op posting clearly false information.

Oh I'm not trying to question the OP. More the artist. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter much; the land will be the land. It's just kind of odd to me that the artist chose to draw a building that size with that shape.

not odd, it was made to make the land seem bigger to those that are looking at it... by minimizing such a HUGE building(that people already have seen, walked around) and making it appear smaller, you effectively make the are a around it 'bigger' in your mind than it actually is.

Yep and a Halloween overlay for the games hopefully the fact that shortly Hong Kong and Paris will soon be getting TSMM that they can afford to produce the overlays when costs are divided across 5 resorts.
