Here are the location numbers I have seen so far for Star Wars Land. My guess is that 1000W is the Streets of America entrance area, 1004 is the battle ride and 1003 is the Falcon ride. Not sure about the others.

In case you didn't know, you don't need an account. Just click the "Acknowledge" button and bam, PDF of the permit.

And for your question, no. It just gives a parcel number, address info, contractor info, who requested it, and who signed off (summing up). It gives you a nice overview of what's going on and expiration dates which can be possibly seen as "completed on or before this" date as well.

Photo update as of Saturday, June 2 and 9, 2018. I didn't want to start a new thread for a simple, if not lengthy, project.... For a few weeks now, concrete pavement has been removed and the surface is being repaved at Hollywood Studios from in front of the Star Wars: Path of the Jedi small theatre towards the Backlot Express. The area has been "walled off" by movable planter boxes, which necessitated rerouting pedestrian traffic in unusual areas. Today (Saturday. June 9), to get from the main walkway at Indiana Jones to Star Tours, you were directed to walk through part of the queue for Celebrity Spotlight, exiting on the small pathway next to the restrooms.

This area needed to be repaved, as it had been patched many times. June 2, 2018:
