Twice over budget.

There is no parking problem, and so no problem to be solved by a consolidated garage linked by transportation.

Monorail expansion was never meant to come either DHS phase one nor the 1993-4 expansion. If it were to happen it would be separate to any park operations and attractions funding and decision making.

Please don't turn this into another bloody monorail thread.

Seriously, if expansion was pushed into the parking lot, parking would become a problem, unless structures are built and/or the monorail or a people mover allows DHS guests to use the EC parking lot.

If expansion does not use the DHS parking lot, they will run out of space for future expansion.

That problem is solved by expanding into the parking lot, which creates a parking problem, which is solved by monorail expansion.

You never know what the future holds. We may have automatic levitating "skyrail" trains that fly 200 feet in the air on particle beam tracks delivered horizontally via super tall tower transmitters!
