Be sure to let us know when that was taken.

I dont know when it was taken as it is not my picture. I think sometime near November.

I will know myself soon as I am leaving today but was wondering if anyone knew for fact so I could know to look for it.

It s just before the drop.

Why are you taking Flash photography, thereby detracting from other guests experience?

Like I said, this is not my photo, I saw it in the galleries. So, does anyone know if this is still there?

I wonder what happened when that piece fell?...is it still floating around...or did it hit a guest in the boat?!!:)

If you look, you can see other small holes forming.

There's a great example of not keeping things up ("Getting by on the cheap") and just hoping that guests don't see them. To see that is quite distressing.

In fact, the messages under the photo when it was listed were disgusting!

A CM said they knew about it and that it was not top priority because without a flash camera you could not see it. How pathetic is that?

Oh my gosh!! How terribly exciting!! I wonder who that CM is. Why, he or she could possibly be the next Eisner in the making!!:hammer:

Folks, if the sledgehammer in the head didn't make it clear, I was joking.

I know it's a joke but, in all seriousness I just don't think a hole that big sitting there should ever be there the next morning. I dont think that's too much to ask for. Sure sometimes we get a little too picky (though not too picky by Walt's standards) but this one is a BIG hole. In fact I count three smaller ones.

I was floored when they said that it was not top priority because we can't see it without a flash. Is that a sneak by or what?

If you really can't see the hole unless you use a flash b/c its dark, then I wonder how the person who took the photo knew it was there?

If POTC get a hole in it but no one can see it, is it really there? :)

So many unanswered questions....

right...if we assume that there's no way to see it w/o a flash then its either a CM that took the picture to show that things like this don't get fixed right away because they see it when the lights are turned on. It also could just be someone who was taking a picture of something else and this hole just happened to be in the pic at the time.

If you look closely at the edges of the hole they look like they're very dusty, meaning it's probably been there for some time.

How do we know this hole wasn't intentionally put there either to view the guests or for some kind of sensor or camera?

If it doesn't detract from the show then I think someones making a mountain out of a pin hole.
