We love Savannah. One of our favorite places ever, lots of history, gorgeous scenery, lovely architecture, fantastic food, walkable historic district, fantastic food. Oh, did I mention fantastic food?

No, Callaway Gardens is in West Central Georgia near Columbus, several hours from Savannah.

I’d like to see more of Georgia. We did take a detour on our crazy drive last month.. the “historic downtown” we visited was more of a “historic 2 buildings”, but it was still beautiful.
