Okay, we have plenty of good ideas for Disney properties that would make great attractions, Lost, Monsters Inc, Marvel, but what about those properties that would leave Alien Encounter complaints look like passionate endorsements?

Whatchya got?

Obviously, Desperate Housewives is a bad idea. That's your point. But I bet a DH attraction in DHS would get fewer complaints than AE did in MK. The whole problem with AE was that they put it in the kiddie park.

*waiting for people to jump on me for calling MK a kiddie park* :lookaroun

At the time, MK WASN'T a kiddie park. The death of AE was a huge step in making it that though.

Nope, it IS basically a kiddie park, and it'll be getting worse in a few years.

Yeah, it'll look great but nothing for anyone over 5 to enjoy...

Whether it was a kiddie park or not at the time, Disney sold it like a kiddie park. It was all castles, princesses and Mickey (in that order). So parents showed up expecting everything to be fluffy and kid-friendly. I frankly don't know what Disney was thinking putting a snarling, drooling alien in the park they sold as the place for unicorns and rainbows. Obviously, people were going to complain.

On the other hand, I think you could part darn near anything in DHS and no one would complain unless it was just flat out offensive.

Trying to remedy my own thread drift... how about a recreation of Jack Rabbit Slims from Pulp Fiction? You could convert the Sci Fi Drive-In. PF was released by Miramax which is owned by Disney. Synergy = good!
