I checked out the new store last night, and it was just about exactly what I thought it would be. Almost no park-related stuff, except for a selection of Pirates images, different colored versions of the Walt Disney World logo, and they actually had a Figment! A cute one, too, an image of him I've never seen before. Everything else was all just character stuff. It looks like you can only have one image on the shirt, but up to three personalized phrases. It didn't look like you could put anything on the back.

By the way, with the 50% off of Christmas stuff sale going on, there was a line to even get into Disney's Days of Christmas store!

What is 5X??? Is there really such a thing as XXXXXL?? I have never heard of such a thing.

It suprises me there was a line anywhere at DTD. Don't people realize the consensus here is that there is a recession plus nobody goes to DTD now that the clubs have closed.

I'm starting to think consensus and truth are not always the same thing.

Plus I hear the t-shirt shop is very popular and the number of options to be offered can be unlimited in the future because they are stored as software and are not physical applications. Very cutting edge.

Now, to be fair, this was on a Saturday night during the holidays on the first day of a 50% sale on all Christmas stuff.

It was pretty busy at Marketplace last night, but I would say there were only about five or so other people in the t-shirt shop. The Art of Disney seemed much busier. I hope they do upgrade and add to the system, I'd love to be able to move the graphics around on the shirt, add mulitple graphics, etc., and I must not be the only one who wants more park-specific stuff.
