We are enjoying a Hop On tour in Oslo Norway. I have no time to look at the 25 notifications. ...and no wifi on the ship.

I am at a lunch restaurant with free wifi....so here we go....
This was an Oslo Norway Action News reporter. The out going head of state and the newly elected head of state were coming out for a photo op. We were with the excited crowd at the Palace.
