Assuming that this the Electrical Parades actual final run, I keep thinking there could be a farewell ceremony in June so that the Electrical parade can "Pass the torch" to Paint the Night or in this case "Pass the bulb"

I can see the MSEP going to SDL for a few years. TDL had its own MSEP, so they could leverage its run there as a marketing point for the audience in Asia.

You mean Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights since that parade runs across the castle and doesn't go down Main Street like the other versions across the world

No I mean the MSEP. TDL had a clone of the US parade before Dreamlights. I believe it eventually went to DLP.

Actually @brb1006 is correct. The Electrical Parade in Tokyo Disneyland was never titled "Main Street Electrical Parade", because the park doesn't have a Main Street. I guess World Bazaar Electrical Parade would have sounded weird so they went with Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade. ;)

January 20th will be a glorious day indeed. The Haunted Mansion reopens, the Main Street Electrical Parade returns and the Hall of Presidents prepares to welcome an audio-animatronic Donald Trump.

That will be glorious.

But not to rain on the parade, but the weather forecasts are predicting a major winter storm to hit central and southern California the 20th. Forecasts this far out are always sketchy, but something to keep an eye on.

(For those not in Southern California, when we say "winter storm" we just mean a cloudy and rainy day with maybe an inch, inch and a half tops. But it's very dramatic.)

What about the 19th since MSEP shows up a day earlier for special members?
