EDIT: Interestingly enough- no mention of EMH! Although, I'm looking at my schedule from 2004 where MK opening was at 9a.m....This year, from Dec. 24-Dec. 31, the MK opening time is 8a.m. every day! That's cool!

AK open until 8pm most nights and until 11pm with eve EMH? Crazy. MGM open to 4am on NYE? I'm not sure if they will really do that. I'm for a loss of words if those hours hold true. The big downside is for the CM's. They deserve something extra if they have to work these hours. I feel for the graveyard shift that has to get these parks ready in record time.

Some clarification:
Standard schedule appears to be in use for all of December except the last week.
The EMH schedule is not merely "oh, this will be an EMH day" but rather that it's from XX time to XX time. So, yes, it does appear MGM is currently scheduled to remain open until 4am on NYE.

Does anyone know why the MK is scheduled to be open until 12:00 a.m. on the 17th (a Saturday)? Not that I'm complaining ('cause I may be there that weekend) but it does seem odd considering that around that day, the park is only going to be open until 6:00...

Those park hours are TERRIFIC!!
I've been that week for the past 4 years, and never had anything that spread out. Always closed at 12, with the obligatory 1am NYE.
No plans yet are made, but I hope to get ressies soon enough for New Years!!

17th is right before "the big day" of Christmas. Since it closes early for MVMCP they're trying to compensate. 9 out of 10 folks scheduled for those days will see the late night and chooe that day for their day at MK instead of the two shorter days unless they're doing MVMCP itself.
Its kind of like how MGM is open until 4am on NYE - Epcot ad MK both phase close that day each year and a distinct attempt is made to get people to MGM instead.
