I'll be there the week before! Maybe I'll have time to upload a picture or something before you leave to get you EXTRA excited. :)

The last time I was at Disney was in 2010 with a friend and her family, and the only park we got to go to was Epcot, so I'm really excited. Don't get me wrong, I love Epcot, but the last time I went to any of the other parks I was just tall enough to go on Thunder Mountain.
I've already got my summer clothes, sunblock, and toiletries packed.
& I'm pretty well planned so far I think, though I'm still ironing out some extra details.

Have a great time! :D

We will be there 12/10-12/16. We just were there 9/1-9/11. The reason we booked is because I got an offer emailed to me for free dining during those dates and we have never been there during Christmas. I am SO excited to see it all decked out and see the gingerbread houses...etc. Normally we go for 11-14 days so this is a short, cheaper trip for us. Well disney is never cheap though.. :p I dont care though because I AM SO EXCITED!

My husband and I were there on our Honeymoon in 2006 and then took our daughter in 2009. We had A LOT of bills to pay down and my husband was laid off so that is why we hadnt gone in 3 years. I had to cancel 2 trips during those 3 years. It really sucked.

I'll be there the 7th-11th, so we will overlap a bit. My ADRs are done, my daily itinerary is done and everything is booked. Just waiting impatiently for time to move faster.

We'll be there the 13th-16th. It's our first time seeing WDW decked out for the holidays and I'm so excited. It's a complete surprise for the kids (we will tell them 4 days beforehand) so we can't do anything obvious, and I have to keep all the paperwork well hidden. But I have had this trip planned for ages from the parks to the restaurants to the resort to the new snacks I want to try and certain attractions I don't want to miss and certain holiday special events like the Osborne Lights. I'm the planner in the family. Everyone else just goes along for the ride. :D

going 7th to 15th. moderately excited. although every time i snag a wanted reservation- like the wishes dessert party that opened up yesterday- i get excited about my good fortune. woo hoo- we got the dessert party!

plane tickets bought, resort booked, car rented.
garden grocer order in.
all ADRs were booked at the 180 mark, (or when they became available)
daily itinerary done, although we will make some changes as we figure out the baby's schedule. he's 6 weeks old now, will be 3 months then.........hopefully will sleep as much- BUT I DOUBT IT!

still have to buy MVMCP tickets. as they are the only non-refundable item, waiting to make sure everyone staying healthy, no job glitches, etc.

as far as packed- with kids 3, 1, and 6 weeks, my DD and DSIL are darn lucky if they have clothes to wear when they get up in the morning, let alone for 9 weeks from now.

wait..........as i'm talking about this...i'm changing to VERY excited.
THANKS

Yes Yes Yes!! Good stuff! My wife and I honeymooned at WDW in March of '08 (my very first time to go) at Caribbean Beach Resort... Then we went again in January of '11 with her whole family. That was fun, my daughter had just turned 1, BUT we all stayed together and it was a little bit of a beat down. Plus, it was January and all of the Christmas decorations were already gone. I AM VERY EXCITED at the fact that it will just be us three going, my daughter is now 3 (will almost be 4) at the time, and everything will be Christmas!! (my favorite time of the year)

I guess the only thing I am not looking forward to is the drive from Texas with a 3 year old... We have our dining reservations and a few ideas of some things that we want to do special for our daughter. I am also looking for something special to do for my wife while we are there that will be a total surprise to her. any suggestions? Maybe surprise her at a dinner one night or do an in room surprise... anybody have any ideas?
