I believe the new circus tents will not be actual tents like before. We will see a roof structure just like we see on the new Dumbo building. It will be metal but shaped like circus tents.

That would certainly explain all the additional steel. Great to see the tents are getting a real big overhaul, much bigger than most had expected.

lol yea it looks like they just kept the original steel work because that was the minimum amount they could keep and still call it a refurb. The new steel totally encapsulates the original tent structure. lol

I think this is something that has been so popular in AK that it will make its way into all major construction projects until people get tired of it. It is a really low cost way of making something as mundane as a concrete walk way a part of the story.

I'm not a fan of the transition between the new and old pavement. It's looks sloppy, but they can still change it.. I don't know. I just don't like it..

My gut is telling me they moved the walls so they could increase fire code capacity for the next week. During Star Wars Weekends, since the shop was in the Coaster Parking Lot, they could hold an additional 1000 guests in the park.

True, right now its butt ugly and does not mesh with the old next to it. I dont get the reason for the horseshoe prints and wagonwheels and all either. This isnt fort wilderness.

After Ariel turns human in the movie, doesn't Eric bring her to his castle in a carriage? This could be some kind of long-distance story in the pavement if it continues around the Mine Ride and over to the Mermaid complex...

It's totally the circus theme! The traveling circus in the forrest... pulling in the rides shows... transition is bad right now but it's a fantastic attention to detail that will be all over FL soon! Love it!

Yes correct! Hasn't anyone ever seen Dumbo?????

They were traveling in the wagons through rain and mud to get to the next destination....:shrug:
