Congrats! I'm doing Spring Advantage for Custodial!
I, personally, would follow through and just be a semester behind, but you could do what I'm doing and apply for the semester AFTER you graduate. I'll technically be graduated when I'm participating in the CP, but it's very much allowed.

Another random question. Does anyone know how the scheduling works?
I realize you are supposed to have full availability but are you able to put in requests for a day off for certain days?

You can put in requests. However, there is no guarantee of getting them off
