That last one I know as "schfigadelle", but I'm from da Bronx.
I think the real spelling is Sfogliatella. I have also seen it as sfyaldel.
I have also heard it pronounced as if it has a Q in there somewhere.

I think that is why so many people call them Lobster Tails.

No, that was from our Magic sailing from New Orleans in February. I've visited the Wish, but never sailed on it.I had that, and it was delicious. And the plate so pretty, I was tempted to steal it.That was on the Wish, right?
Ah. I'm pretty sure I noticed those dishes in Palo.on the Wish last September.
I also.sailed on the Magic out of NOLA in February
and dined in Palo, but it was February 2023, so maybe they've updated the dishes since then.

Except @Phonedave spelled it correctly.
I'm gonna have to try this, it looks really good. I usually get the prosciutto (or as @Phonedave and I probably say, " pro-shoot") or the pursettes. If I get the pro shoot app, it just means I've ordered a double helping of pursettes for my entree.
However you spell it or say it, it looks and sounds pretty delicious…!!!!!
It was, indeed, good…!!!
Many times on cruises I’ve had 2 apps, and many times I’ve had 2 of the same, but I always get at least 1 entree, as well.
Unless it’s lobster, then I’ll get 2 lobster entrees…!!!!!

Was it good? I've had schnitzel on various cruise lines, and it's invariably disappointing.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would put this about a 7. Good but not great. The Rosemary beef above I would give a 9; it was excellent.
