but built after the original in florida. the one in dca was them perfecting their design by making making it more capacity eifficent than the original. but still the original came firstIndiana Jones Adventure was built before DCA's Tower of Terror.
Oof... gonna have to disagree with that...the one in dca was them perfecting their design
it really is though. they took out the dark ride portion and added extra lifts to maximize capacity. there are plenty of videos on the making on the tower rides you can watch online. they wanted them to be more eifficent and in case one lift shuts down they could still have 2 going which is why they perfected the ride for the duplicate tower copies.Oof... gonna have to disagree with that...
Whatever your personal opinion, DCA’s was a much cleaner narrative and technologically superior. There’s a reason our design was mimicked in Tokyo.Oof... gonna have to disagree with that...
yes they built the exact same design in both parks so they could have efficent ride capactiy. they sacrificed the dark ride portion in favor of this on purpose when they decided to put the duplicate copies in the other parks.Whatever your personal opinion, DCA’s was a much cleaner narrative and technologically superior. I’m sure they made some improvements to the technical design, but by and large the DCA tower was done on the cheap because of Pressler. Virtually everything about DHS’s is superior from a show standpoint - exterior, queue, boiler room, load/unload setup, ride pacing, different drop profiles, plus the 5th dimension is a million times better than the mirror effect which I always found cheesy and underwhelming.yes they built the exact same design in both parks so they could have efficent ride capactiy. they sacrificed the dark ride portion in favor of this on purpose when they decided to put the duplicate copies in the other parks.
I find it yet again hilarious that posters have to throw shade at Hollywood Studios to prove the point that DCA isn’t that bad. Yet some are suggesting building a former ride from that park.
Those are still inferior to the classics and inferior still to Indiana Jones Adventure. Tokyo DisneySEA is the only place you can find rides on the caliber but even that was 2001.They are capable, just look at the foreign parks. Mystic Manor, Shanghai Pirates, etc. Its just you get what you pay for.
Hmm... you guys are picky connoisseurs... they’re still better than Emotional whirlwind or even MB.Those are still inferior to the classics and inferior still to Indiana Jones Adventure. Tokyo DisneySEA is the only place you can find rides on the caliber but even that was 2001.
Oh definitely. Mystic Manor’s definitely one of the better efforts as of late but it still shows a lack of understanding theme park ride design.Hmm... you guys are picky connoisseurs... they’re still better than Emotional whirlwind or even MB.
Yeah. There’s plenty of room to believe they’re both crap if you ask me.I find it yet again hilarious that posters have to throw shade at Hollywood Studios to prove the point that DCA isn’t that bad. Yet some are suggesting building a former ride from that park.
That’s not saying much , HS is a half day park on it’s best day
In its current state, DCA is not worth the money Disney charges for it....nothing's wrong with it.
Dude.. that was 24 years ago. For a more recent example, though, I’d say Radiator Springs Racers is as good as ToT.They did. it's called INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF THE FORRIBEN EYE
I think I like you.Don’t do the Great Movie Ride.
Do the Great Muppet Movie Ride concept instead.
DCA is a half day. I know because I did it in a half day then went to Disneyland with my park hopper the rest of the day and had waay more fun than I did in DCA. DCA sucks period.A really good half day though. DCA is a full day if you ride all the spinners and other filler rides.
