Since MK is open this Saturday until 2am becuase of Evening Extra Magic Hours does that mean that at 2 am when daylight savings ends we will get another hour??? So really like a 3am closing!?!?

I am sure! That's the way most bars are.
It depends, some businesses run on a start of day schedule meaning that whatever time it would be depending on the day they open is the actual time they close. In this case they would close at the first 2 am. Others run on real time and when the time changes at 2 am to 1 am you actually get that extra hour.
Most bars here in Tampa use it to get the extra hour of business. However, when we lose the hour in the spring we have to lose that hour. There is no option.
I would imagine Disney would give guests the extra hour just to avoid confusion and complaints, and to make the extra hours worth of sales.
Good question though, in all the years I have been a member here I have never seen it asked.

daylight savings is always at 2. Or atleast is always has been. Lord knows the gov't could change it whenever.

My "uneducated guess" is that it will still close 3 hours after normal closing time. Whatever time that may be...
