I love Expedition Everest at night! It is so cool going up the lift part and looking over to see the EPCOT/DHS lights!

I can't think of a ride that is "enhanced" during the day, if you know what I mean.

Riding Splash at night is great, especially when you get to stay on for more rides. TTA is a fave too, I like snapping pics of the park from it at night.
