I've never found the fog effect to be that effective. I'd rather they just permanently remove it than fix it.
When we went late sept, I swear it was not Davy Jones, but Black Beard on the projection. It was very hard to see the projection compared to what I saw Davy Jones look like.
They had to "rip it apart" to put it in fairly quickly.
Actually if you look close they are blue mermaids and they can be totally made out from head to tale. You just have to really be looking at the water. I personally love the effect.Just past where the Jones projection should be. Before the beach scene.
Most often it looks like a yellowish coloured blob thats visible for a second.
To me, that is the problem. You have to REALLY be looking at the water. I am looking around, not down at the water.Actually if you look close they are blue mermaids and they can be totally made out from head to tale. You just have to really be looking at the water. I personally love the effect.
There you go then. Even the colour balance was off.Actually if you look close they are blue mermaids and they can be totally made out from head to tale. You just have to really be looking at the water. I personally love the effect.
Somehow I doubt that they have to "rip" anything out to get to the projectors. There's probably a section of the "rock" or the glass plate comes off for access, or perhaps offers access from behind. Projectors and bulbs are subject to failure, especially in a damp environment. It would be very shortsighted to make it next to impossible to access.
