We have. It's spotty if you are inflexible but that's because they need to have a member with the points you need. AKV usually has availability, though. We tried for three trips but wanted a MK or Epcot resort which we got for one of the trips. Your $98 deposit is refundable if they don't have what you want, so I feel like there is no harm in trying. I'm also really excited for the rate we were able to get for the VWL!

Used them last year. It was great. You should be fine for Animal Kingdom.

We used them last year for a 2BR villa at WVL. The process couldn't have been easier. Although they didn't have a member with the points I needed when I submitted my request at 11 months (and they were very up-front with me about that), they put me on a waiting list and within a few weeks, e-mailed me that a member had materialized with the necessary points and that we were booked. There was a price hike in David's rental charges that went into effect during the weeks we were on the waiting list (an extra dollar per point), and they charged me the ORIGINAL, lower fee that had been in place when I made my request (without my having to ask). Our rental experience was seamless, and I came away completely impressed with David's DVC's professionalism, honesty, and terrific communication. (I had a few questions at the outset -- they always responded to my e-mails within minutes, and when I called, I got nothing but pleasant, knowledgeable, English-speaking agents.) We'd rent through David's again in a heartbeat.

If the first DVC Rental company that you request from doesn't have a member for your resort with enough points, do you put in a a request with a different DVC rental company broker to see if they might have a member in their books?

thankyou for all your replies we got 2 wishes granted we are staying at baylake tower with park view for 2 nights and broadwalk villas for 4 nights on our upcoming trip in feb 2016. we stay at Disney before and after the Daytona 500 every year but this will be our first proper stays at deluxe resorts we have done one night before at grand Floridian all our other trips have been value or moderate stays so super excited and with dvcrequest its not worked out much more money than what we normally spend on a value or mod.

If the problem is lack of a member with the needed points (as opposed to "those rooms are fully booked"), then, yes. You just need to be careful to immediately "de-waitlist" yourself from the other companies as soon as one of them gets you your reservation, so you don't end up with two!)
