One of my favorite shots. I think it fits in to the "candid" category ...

Dave,

If this does not qualify please let me know. They are not really posing as you can see they were having a "moment". Cinderella was having a nice conversation with my daughter when I took it.

Thanks,
Mike

I really don't know where this pic came from but its none the less mine and I love it. I think the sky even adds to the effect.
If I had a vote I now know where it would go. Great picture!

^ A great picture!:)

Thank-you very much. The look on my daughter's face tells all on what makes WDW so special for a young child. She actually believed and that is one of the greatest things to see.

So Dave, are you going to offer comments/critique of the top entries? It would be interesting and useful (in my opinion) to get the comments of a pro on the winning pictures.
Via Private Message to those who are interested in recieving feedback.

As for like the top 3, yes, comments will be added.

Black Beret? Just as so its not a black sweater....

This is one of my favorites. Taken at the dock of Wilderness Lodge, on a cool September early morning.

That reminds me of an image I took during EE construction. It's one of the birds in the foreground and EE in the background. I'll see if I can find it somewhere and post it (not as an entry though, still sticking with my first one).

I have a computer illiteracy question:

How do I change the size/number of pixels in my picture without chopping off half the picture? Is this possible? I have a good one of Pluto in the Stars and Motor Cars Parade but when I changed it to 640X640, it chopped off half of Pluto's body. If this can't be done, I'll try to find another one by tomorrow (also if this sounds like it won't qualify I can find something else too).

Didn't even realize the characters were airborne like this until I put the picture on my computer. It was taken in August during the Share A Dream Come True Parade

I usually resize my photos using Paint (its all I have)...go to image use Stretch/Skew...and take it down to 50 - 80 %. I'm sure there is a better way, but thats all I know.

Thanks! Worked great. So, now here's my entry:

Feel free to critique my photo and/or give tips on photography. I'm always looking for ways to improve my pictures (I love taking them!)
