I'd really love to see Korea vs. Senegal. Now THAT would be something.

So it's down to us, Germany and whoever comes up tomorrow. There's Spain, Senegal, Korea and Turkey. We beat Turkey and we were playing terribly, so I think whoever gets them (Senegal?) will probably win. As for Spain...

What am I saying, I don't know SQUAT about soccer!!!

Hey Mark, too bad we couldn't watch the game together this time, huh? We had a good time last time...

Well - the dream is over, the lads did us proud. No complaints from this neck of the woods.
Its hard to believe that the team which made bacon out of the Danes played like they were only firing on three cylinders.
And as for Seaman, well I think he was unlucky but ultimately caught napping, it wasn't a shot - it was a bad cross, but this is Brazil and from their style of football anything is possible.
On a positive note, wouldn't it be nice to whoop the Germans in 2006.
Bye Bye England, thanks for trying.

Come on Senegal !!!!!!!!!!!!

To end with - an item from my local radio station during the 0630 news today. The presenter requested the ladies of Manchester to take off their bras today in preparation for the England game. The reason ? Well it might encourage BRAzil to drop a couple of as well and allow England to win !!!!!!!!!!!

All the really good teams have suffered premature exits. We have suffered a premature exit. Therefore we are a really good team.

If we were champions of the World, what on earth would Alan Hansen find to complain about? The poor chap would spontaneously combust - possibly.

It is a huge shame, and IMO we should of had at least 4 penalites. ah well..........thats life.

David Seaman - People blame him, but if it wasnt for him then we wouldnt of got this far.

Alan Hansen is rapidly becoming an english man! He's spent the past three weels with his head rammed so far up gary lineker's a**e, that he could lick his tonsils clean!

And by that first method, that also means sauda arabia are a good team???:veryconfu
