I have no information on this either way. But a couple things seem off here. For one project L or Lion seems way to obvious and simplistic given their past project code names, additionally there are inconsistencies with that permit and a project of this type.

My guess is this is simply the club 33 project we already knew was coming to Harambe.

I understand the distain for integrating IP into the parks, I personally don't have a problem with it but...what's with all the Zootopia hate? It was a fine movie that would work well in the Parks. I'm probably missing something incredibly obvious. Why don't you guys want to see it in the parks?

Agreed. Zootopia is very much a human story that the humans are replaced by animals. Yes, you could say that about other works as well, however Zootopia is entirely based in a city and doesn't really relate to animal behavior much at all, only very basic things.

People said that Pandora doesn't fit, but after it opened I feel it fits much better in DAK than any other park. Zootopia is not the same. It would work best in DHS.

It not that it was a bad movie, it was a nice and meaningful movie! It’s just that AK give the natural vibe with trees, animals, and so many living organisms. Zootopia is full of skyscrapers and buildings which is not natural. They have a Jungle town but Disney isn’t going to make a land just for that.

There are a couple of furries on the board who are way too into Zootopia in a super creepy way. They're obsessed with the idea of a Zootopia land at DAK.

There’s no Zootopia hate. It’s a great film that would be great in the parks. But it’s not an IP that belongs at DAK.

There is no more hate then lets say, GotG in Epcot or SWGE as an expansion of DL. Good ideas but they could be seen as the wrong park by some.

I get that but incorporating fictional lands hasn't stopped them before. Yes, Pandora does serve AK's "save the animals" message it really wouldn't be that hard however to integrate that into Zootopia. Making it more AK friendly, also isn't it like Disney's "thing" right now to clone stuff and bring it over. Another thing, AK needs something and Lion King and or Zootopia fits that bill nicely. Reason why I think it needs something regular disney fans don't have a problem with it but my family always refers to it as the "hot and sweaty park". Like I said before treated like the black sheep. Practically have to beg them to go to AK.

Side Note: Flight of Passage is my favorite ride ever...and if we all thought the same when Avatar was announced we wouldn't have my favorite ride ever. That's kinda why I'm so lax on this whole IP thing
