Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere, but is there any information on what type of merchandise they'll have special for the 10th anniversary of Animal Kingdom?

LOL! True, but still wondered what DAK has in store...

So...what does Epcot have in store for the 26th Anniversary then?

Hopefully some Horizons 25th anniversary merchandise, and an annoucement that they're going to rebuild the ride as Horizons 2.0 (if we can dream it.........)

It will be quite limited. I believe there will be a pin. We could be surprised though... :animwink:

Would you believe three pins? There's a CM pin:

An AP pin:

And an LE1500 pin:

Those are some pretty sweet pins! I saw them all a while back on the Official Pin Trading site. I especially love the AP pin. I don't remember, will they be available prior to the 22nd? We'll be there before then and I'd sure love to get ahold of those pins.

Actually, there's a fourth pin - an Imagineer exclusive one that has the 5-animal logo with a big "10" in front of the tree.

According to the ODPT site, the AP and LE pins will be released on the 22nd. Let's just hope it won't be a madhouse like it was for the Epcot 25th pins. :)

You makes you wonder? On the DAK 10th Anniversary emblem, it has 4 animals around the Tree of Life and one of them is a winged Dragon.

Who cares...it's not Epcot.
I care.

Epcot is not the fracking be all end all of WDW. Just because a big minority of the board here wishes that the world be made of omnimovers, "inspiration", and bad 80's theme park music doesn't mean there are not better, if not more important parts to WDW.

Animal Kingdom has contributed to science and the global community more in the past 10 years through research and funding than Epcot can ever hope to.

You can keep your Horizons and Tomorrow's Child, I'd rather save rhinos...

/end rant

Rude! You can see a rhino anywhere...just sayin. Tell me where you can see the world's larger geosphere! You'll only come up with one answer. Snap!
