That's exactly what he just said. He said the Happily Ever After Anthem was returning with a New Nighttime Spectacular in 2023. But he didn't say it clearly and people jumped the gun.

FWIW, Disney Parks twitter confirmed that it's the HEA anthem that's returning, not HEA itself.

HEA didn't have enough Soul in it.

That's pretty clear that HEA, the show you know, is not returning. If HEA was returning, it would say HEA was returning, not popular anthem “Happily Ever After” is returning.
