Why is this every two years and not every year

Most attractions take 2-3 (sometimes up to 6) years to be built.

Movies at D23 are announced 0-2 years in advanced.

Any guesses as to where it would go? Or where'd you like it to go?

IMO - I think they'll stick it between Germany and Italy - I'd like it go between Canada and the UK (not likely)

While I'm not complaining at all that we're finally getting a new pavilion added to WS, I'm keeping hope alive the miniature railroad can be re-purposed elsewhere rather than scrapped completely.

A bit off topic. But. Why do you suppose Disney hasn't made an Adventurer's Club movie? I think it would be a great comedy/adventure with the right casting. (Along the JC and Jumanji lines). Every D23 I hold out a fractional percentage of hope for an AC announcement. And yeah, I know. There's no chance.
