Thanks but it's really the people over at Cyclops that make this happen. I'm just lucky to know certain people and know how to sneak (extremely limitedly, not some "hacker" stuff) around ShopDisney a bit. And of course Eric and Stacey for doing an excellent series of posters.

Maybe those in the know are taking a page from ShopDisney's playbook and were supposed to drop the spoiler 4 days ago on 9/20 but due to "technical" difficulties the release has been delayed?

Don't forget if you're ordering both Maelstrom and Frozen this month to consider doing so as separate orders... if they're going to charge $15/ea for s&h might as well get two tubes for the $30 being shelled out.

Normal for preorders in my experience. They run a pending charge initially, then it drops, then they charge you for real when it ships.

Agreed. I only kept a few tubes, really one of each type they used. Plus one with a little message on it but that's it.
Exactly what they said. It drops and then comes back for real once shipping happens. Order cancellations should not happen with this series.

For those that have the disney debit or the disney cc, they have a 20% discount for orders over 50. It works for Maelstrom and Frozen ever after as of right now. For everyone that already ordered it, you may be able to cancel it like I was and reorder using the coupon. Keep in mind that they can't cancel third party vendors, but they were somehow able to cancel my first order which did not have the discount. The codes are DVCCTREAT and DVCCTRICK. Both seem to work for now, but you still have to pay for additional shipping.

I guess so. DVCCTRICK is the only one listed on the Disney Debit website. At least this time, the bugs with shopdisney.com are in our favor.

the 20% codes work on the $40 matted prints too, which at least helps with the egregious handling charges.
