Do you have an explanation for why so many teams are being moved out of the Feature Animation office?
Nope. But I've not heard much about this, so if you have details pls share!

Pokemon and Hello Kitty are both ahead of PoohOh Pooh is a HUGE merch pusher, he's actively dethroned Pokémon in terms of revenue for franchises! I just think he's in a spot where he can easily be yoinked out? I don't really see Disney use Pooh anymore these days, but he still pushes merchandise.
Iger does love his merch, but the last time I went I was pressed to even find a plush Pooh...
Imagine if she just lurks on these boards. There was a recently active thread on here about retheming Tower of Terror
We suggested this as a joke on our "What to do with the Muppets" podcast. Make it self referential about the failures of the Star cruiser.
More practical suggestions were removing the Mickey Shorts theater show and replacing that with a Muppets show, making them a DHS party exclusive series of characters, or changing Sci-Fi Dine In to Muppets Dine In.
There are always people thinking the Tower is going to be rethemed, and they think they know the reasons why (which have all been debunked in the past). It's exhausting.Imagine if she just lurks on these boards. There was a recently active thread on here about retheming Tower of Terror
Oh worm, that must've been recent.Pokemon and Hello Kitty are both ahead of Pooh
My thinking they are going to have to announce where Monsters are going someday and maybe they would sneak it into the Brazil D23.Announcing attractions are closing don’t feel like D23 material. Not sure why we suspected we’d get that from Brazil.
RoA and TSI came two days after the “good news”.
There was some expectation that a new project may have been announced at D23, which would have then prompted an update on the Disney Parks site, perhaps a few days later, on the closing of something else.Announcing attractions are closing don’t feel like D23 material. Would this have been something rumored? There was some expectation that a new project may have been announced at D23, which would have then prompted an update on the Disney Parks site, perhaps a few days later, on the closing of something else.
But I agree that a closing announcement would not have made sense directly at D23.

Hilarious that Universal somehow managed to make Kitty NOT produce money and closed her store but alas.
Top three is nothing to scoff at though.
Hello Kitty is very popular in the USHello Kitty doesn't seem very popular in the US, at least not what it's like in Asian countries.
Is this project off the table entirely? There was some expectation that a new project may have been announced at D23, which would have then prompted an update on the Disney Parks site, perhaps a few days later, on the closing of something else.

Hello Kitty is incredibly popular in the US, especially with the addition of her other friends.Hello Kitty doesn't seem very popular in the US, at least not what it's like in Asian countries.
I could be wrong, but I really can't see them announcing significant projects right now. 3 of 4 WDW parks will have active projects going on at some point in 2025.Is this project off the table entirely?
all of them technically if Disney sticks to their promise of starting these new projects in 2025, and if test track is still down.I could be wrong, but I really can't see them announcing significant projects right now. 3 of 4 WDW parks will have active projects going on at some point in 2025.
