There is a reason for that....This concept reminds me of Fuddruckers. I haven't seen one of those in ages.

No. It's D-Luxe. Presumably the D will be the copyrighted Disney D.No conflict with Deluxe Burger?
Still sounds exactly the same when said out loud.No. It's D-Luxe. Presumably the D will be the copyrighted Disney D.
Prolly y'all are somewhere up North. There are currently 77 company owned locations and 111 franchises. the parent company is Luby's out of Houston. You might have one of their other burger formats in your area like Cheeseburger in Paradise (yes its themed like that) or Koo Koo Roo. They also have a sister company also headed by Christopher J. Pappas, you might have heard of Pappa's Restaurants (Pappadeaux, Pappasitos, and 7 other chains) .
There is one literally right up the street from Disney Springs at The Crossroads. This concept reminds me of Fuddruckers. I haven't seen one of those in ages.

Doesn't matter.Still sounds exactly the same when said out loud.
I'm thinking it does. Similar sounding name, similar products being sold, there's a potential for consumer confusion. There are plenty of lawsuits like that all the time...lots spawned by Disney themselves.Doesn't matter.
To many people that is "in the bubble" as before Disney sold it and before everything in the area built up so much it did use to feel like a transition point from WDW and the real world.Yes, but is that one in the "bubble"?
