Customer Service question - hopefully this is the correct board

How would I go about directly getting in touch with customer service via email? Can you talk to people at individual restaurants/resorts?

I ask because I want to brag on a particular waiter we had at Garden Grill but didn't catch his name. At the same time, I have a complaint about AoA airline/baggage counter.

No, you can't directly call any restaurant or resort. Those numbers just go to a call center. There is a general email address for any comments or complaints. These are sent on to the appropriate person when they are received. Good for you for sending in a compliment for a worthy CM. Emails like this go into their personal file, and Are seen by their managers. Here's the email address:

wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com

ETA: Re your complaint. Be aware that RAC (the airline baggage handling for departing guests) is NOT run by Disney. You should likely direct those complaints to your airline. or to Bags Inc, the subcontractor that provides the service.
