I’m looking to order some custom Disney T-shirt’s for our family and grandparents to wear on our upcoming trip. Would anyone happen to have suggestions or a company they ordered from that was good?

I make my own shirts using artwork i have drawn.
I will either hand draw and paint it directly onto a shirt, or scan the original art and then have a shirt made through a trusted printing company.
They are always a big hit with Cast that i meet in my travels, and each trip usually means making a new shirt to wear.

Here are a few examples of some of the shirts i have done over the years -

Wow,you are really talented, and beautiful tshirts. That is not an option for me, sadly, as I can only draw stick figures. Thanks for the pictures.

We got ours (see avatar) from the Disney Store site. Very reasonably priced, customized, quick shipping, official - and if you wait a minute, there will probably be a sale.

ETA: of course, there's a sale on now (I just checked) that ends Friday: 15% off $50, 20% off $75, 25% off $100, and the usual free shipping over $75.

If you can't find a T-shirt design that suits you, you can simply choose a design and order a print on the T-shirt. In fact, I do so often because I find it hard to find what I really like. As it turned out, on this site where I order, you can sell T-shirts of your own design, it's very cool. I decided to do so and was very surprised that others want to buy it. This site has a great review and tips how to start a tshirt store. No inventory, shop and employees are needed, I'm just thrilled. I never thought it would be so easy, a good way to earn money.

FWIW, custom iron-on decals can also be an option. We made shirts with the "typical" Mickey head silhouettes (Mickey for DH, w/Minnie bow for me, w/pirate hat for son, w/princess hat for daughter, all in custom colors) and with our names in Disney font, for our first Disney trip.

Because I wanted to be sure the shirts would fit and because we were spread across adult and youth sizes, I ordered custom iron-on vinyl decals from an etsy seller for $7.00 apiece -- and then purchased matching ringer T-shirts from Old Navy that happened to be available in all of our sizes, and were on clearance for $2.99, for a total price of $10 per shirt.

I ironed the decals on right in our living room. The shirts came out beautifully and have held up as well as any screen-printed item. DH and I still wear ours, some 10 years later. While the seller from whom I purchased the decals is no longer in business, there are literally dozens of etsy sellers with similar products.
