Custom made Chef Mickey's birthday overalls!

Hi there,

Some of you may remember from the birthday invitation that I posted here a while ago that my son's 2nd birthday is coming up in November so we are taking him to Disney World and to Chef Mickey's to celebrate his birthday.

I had the cutest overalls custom made for him for his birthday with a Chef Mickey's theme. I thought you guys might enjoy seing how they turned out:

As you can see, they have a Chef Mickey on the front part as well as a cupcake with a #2 candle on it and Mickey shaped balloons. In the back, they say Chef Evan and have a red and white checkered napkin coming out of the back pocket. And he also has a custom made chef's hat that says Chef Evan to match. What do you guys think?

I think he's going to look sooo cute. Do you think that will get him any extra attention at Chef Mickey's? I'm trying to make his birthday as special as possible.

Yay! I'm so glad you like! I'm totally obsessed with my baby boy (who isn't right?) so I do my best to spoil him rotten.

I thought it would be really cute if I could get a picture of him in his chef's outfit with Chef Mickey. I've never been there before, is Mickey in his chef's costume at the breakfast?

Those are great! Don't know if he'll get anymore attention from the CM's and characters, but I'm sure the other guests will have plenty to say. Try to post some pics for us when you get back. :wave:

I'd love to spend my birthday in the WL (our favorite resort) sometime.

Pictures? No problem! :) I was actually thinking of starting a thread asking if anybody had any special picture requests and if I can take them, I would be happy to and post them here. I'll definately post pics of his birthday at Chef Mickey's. Is there anything you would like a picture of from your favorite resort? It will be no trouble since I'm staying there anyways.

When we went to Chef Mickey's they were all dressed in some type of "chef" clothes. Minnie had on a little white apron. It was a very nice breakfast.


PS...........the overalls are so adorable. Have fun! :wave:

Missed this earlier. Yes he is. Its actually a "new" costume along the lines of the Iron Chef...

TigsMom, thanks for the picture of Chef Mickey! Nice to know I may get a picture of both of them in their Chef outfits, that would be so cute. By the way, how do you attach thumbnails to posts? I was trying to do that with the pics of the overalls but I couldn't figure it out.

When you open a reply box do you have a section that says "Manage Attachments"? If not try using the
codes.

As far as posting photos - Look at the very bottom of the tread and it will say :
Posting Rules
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts

Notice the [IMG] code is [B]off[/B]
That means no pictures may be posted unless you are a Pass Holder.
Some Forums have [IMG] ON some are OFF.

Oh, well, that's it then. I might just have to upgrade my membership again. (I used to be a passholder.) Thanks for the help and I'm so glad you've all liked them. I'll make sure to post a pic of Evan in his new duds!
