How much of a coffee taste did it have? I just want to be prepared.

Not much at all. Mostly chocolate. Just a hint of coffee. Its like a toffee crunch on the frosting.

S'more cupcake from the Boardwalk Bakery (apologies for the poor lighting). This picture is from June 2011 so I'm not sure if they have this one anymore...from what I remember it was a chocolate cupcake (possibly with fudge? Not sure) with marshmallow/graham cracker frosting. Again, it's been awhile, but I remember thinking this one was pretty delicious:

S'mores Cupcake from Gaspirilla Island at the Grand Floridian...chocolate cupcake filled with fudge and topped with marshmallow icing and graham crackers. It was just okay...not as good as the one that I posted earlier from the Boardwalk Bakery.

Chocolate Beer Cupcake from Captain Cooke's at the Polynesian:

This is my least-favorite cupcake that I've tried at Disney so far. When I cook with beer or wine at home I find that it enhances the flavor of the dish without actually tasting like there's beer or wine in it...but I could definitely taste the beer in this cupcake. It was really odd. I forget what flavor the icing was, so clearly it was nothing spectacular. Bonus points for including chocolate-covered pretzels though!

Keep it going! We need more pictures of cupcakes. One of the fun things we're doing this trip is trying cupcakes all over WDW. So I should be able to contribute some to this thread in about a month.
