Sometimes you learn dispite yourself. Sounds like you've got a good teacher there. My HS French teacher was absolutely awful, but I guess I learned something. (Although I learned more French in 1 year of college than 4 years of high school!)

Ehh... next year might not be as fun... I've heard that some of the other French teachers aren't as... "good," to put it nicely.
