Crush Dude's August 2012 20+ Day Disney Dining Extravaganza!!!!

Either AKL or WL but are you sure free dining is already out for 2014 my friend was going to book 2013 for free dining but had to book before July this year,so he missed out.

I've stayed at the AKL both the two bedroom suites in the lodge and also the new kidani village... this is easily my favorite hotel on premises the details and quality are outstanding. the savannah view is not worth paying extra for, the pool view is fine. I'm sure you've visited the place when you go to boma but obviously there are tons of viewing terraces and walk ways for the better views. the animals are barely out at night.

my night view from March 2012 (kidani)

Other then that... the AKL rooms have more detail and decoration, the kidani rooms are still nice but not quite as nice :)

Ok so I was off yesterday and I usually catch up on the forums when I'm in the office (who wants to sit in front of a computer all day when you're off). Anyway... as expected, I come back to this and now I'm starving again. I can only hope to have so much goodness on our next trip. I've really gotta branch out on our dining experiences!

Yeah... thinking maybe when DS6 hits that phase where he is "too cool" for Disney (it happens, I'm prepared for it, and know that after a few years they go back to loving it) we'll plan to branch out a bit more than our usual experiences. Now that said, we have already agreed that our next trip we are going to fit in at least 2 or 3 places we've never been (in addition to the Cupcakes Around the World tour :)).

We've been doing all these restaurants since our DD has been 5! She loves Cali Grill and 'Ohana :)

Oh trust me I'm sure DS6 would love half the places we want to eventually go (he did love 'Ohana) too... The reasoning is more along the lines of soaking up as much of the "little kid" experiences we can before he's grown out of them. LOL!
