Is Gratuity still included in the cost of this meal? If so, does anyone know what percentage the servers receive? IThe service there is generally quite good and I want to make sure the servers are rewarded accordingly. We went to CRT for dinner last year, but had a party of six instead of five so I can't remember if it was included or simply added on because of our party size.
