Its still a tank, an excuse for the safety conscious to drive badly knowing their safe in their little boxes. Volvos or bike killers as we used to call them are the preserve of the tweed suit wearer and a caravan tow-er they’ve made bland an art form.
The S60r was originally withheld from the UK market, I think they thought it a bit too risqué for traditional Vulva enthusiasts
I used to agree with you... I used to HATE Volvos... but they're turned around lately. I really enjoy them now...
plus, if you're gonna drive like an a____________ in the US.. you drive a BMW, Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro, or a riced out Honda... or you're a soccer mom in a Chevy Suburban (it's the truth!)

Ive always been a big fan of Volvo. They have always made some cool stuff, that people dont know about. The early 90s 940 turbo wagons were cool, and could be made pretty fast. But volvos best work is its earliest, they had som classy two box wagons that have some very classic lines. Also, the late 80s to mid 90s Volvos will gladly accept a 5 liter Ford motor, now that makes for the ultimate sleeper.
