I have over 200 Disney related books. Out of all of them, my very fave is my first Disney book. It is the 1986 Birnbaum's WDW book. When I first became"born again-Disney Style". my Mom boght me that book. I was 16 and to this day read it. It is really neat to see all of the attractions that have long gone.

Keys to the Kingdom, by Kim Masters

It's the best non-fiction book I've ever read. It goes over every detail of how Eisner got the job at Disney, how he came in and implemented some grand ideas, turned the company into a juggernaut, and then how he let the whole thing fall apart after Frank Wells died. It covers the 20 years from 1980 to 2000.

It sound like this covers the same era and events as DisneyWars. Has anyone read both? If you have, do they contradict each other in any way?
