I like to make sure I get the CMs name and add the name in with the "Thank You." I also buy a stack of Thank You Cards to leave at Table Service restaurants and to Mousekeeping. Always keep in mind that a magical moment can go from the guest to CM.

I'm sorry to bring up this old thread, but for the life of me I can't find the email address to thank CM's and WDW for their excellent service even after lots of searching! Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I would love to have this email address too!

Well, since we are resurrecting an old thread, I might as well tell you this story. I reported it earlier in my trip report, but last Sept., we had a wonderful cast member, Louisa, who was our Jungle Cruise skipper at The Magic Kingdom. She was very funny. We had been on this ride many times and the last 2 times, we had the same, awful cast member. But Louisa made it up big time. I can only imagine how old it would be having to work this ride many times a day, but she did it as if it was the first time and all the jokes were fresh.

Pleasently, it didn't end there. I made a video of the entire ride, and uploaded it. Surprisingly, Louisa found it and left a comment with my video! We had a couple of comments back and forth there, and I am extremely happy that I had the chance to tell her how good she was, and how much her effort was appreciated (I had also before that sent an e-mail to Guest Relations to commend her). Just knowing that made my day.

She also said that she has shown the video to her loaders, and they too got a kick out of it.

You can view Louisa in action and our comments yourself here.

We rode Jungle Cruise during MVMCP and one member in my group left the guide a "spare" Christmas cookie for him. Hopefully that made his day.

I especially like the hometowns on the nametags, which is a convenient conversation starter. We met a CM at Star Tours from Blue Springs, MO, which is about 20 miles from us.

I, too, check out all the hometowns on the nametags, looking for transplanted "locals" to say Hello to.
