I think it's very safe to assume Tony left early on in the project. If he was still involved, he'd still be in the promo videos somewhere.

Anyways, Pro used to be pretty good years ago. Then he became obsessed with the "Kathleen Kennedy Bob Iger bad and ruin everything" rabbit hole.
Percisesly, he has stated as such when interviewed, even the press releases that announced TBA said he was only on as a consultant. I assume he consulted on early stages, wasn't happy with the direction and left afterwards. As for Pro, he's a clown who frequently gets stuff wrong and tries to make up for that by doing the "nonwhite people are ruining disney, therefore they're evil" grift.

Anyways, I am looking forward to nu-CBJ, seems like one of the better scenarios (compared to Vacation Hoedown, but worse and removing them altogether). Hope Blood on the Saddle returns as a gag (Big Al singing the first few bars before switching to something else). Also surprised the bears are wandering around as meet and greets even when its closed, suits look creepy, but its better than not having them.

Not to mention his obsession with certain global conspiracy theories -- most of them modded away.

Disney has made it clear (I forget where) that Baxter was just on the job for the initial planning. A consultant who knew where the AA skeletons were buried. If he in the end didn't think there should have been a retheme, then I don't know why he took the job in the first place. It was always going to be a retheme.

Anyway... Pro's insiders rumors have a much more dismal success rate when you take out the ones that was just him repeating what real insiders already said.

Well he was correct that Episode VIII sucked and only insiders know that.

Lot of it seems like fanfiction, only bits of truth seem to be Tony Baxter only being involved early on and the splash animatronics not being reused. Especially, as we know that there's going to be more animatronics than his claims. Pro is a moron who keeps trying to move his goalposts to say his extremely inaccurate scoops are right.
There will definitely be more animatronics than he claims, but he’s correct in saying that Disney will try to pass off many limited motion figures as “animatronics” (though anybody could have called that).

He also claims that many of these figures will have projected eyes, and we’ve seen zero evidence of that. It’s more likely that many won’t blink at all.

Lottie will blink, but her mouth will be stuck open. Some of those "frogs that like to watch people floating on logs" probably don't move at all until they get instruments at the end. At which point they'll be limited motion.

Charlotte blinks, but Eudora and the Beaver don’t. It will really depend on the figure. My expectation is that Tiana, Louis, and Mama Odie will be the only characters represented as A1000s, and that there will be very few animatronics in between this level of complexity and the limited motion figures from the Jungle Cruise.

The beaver is a joke. Lester's Possum Party has more motion than that beaver. But at least we know she's a strong-willed drummer. Maybe she gets into Julliard at the end of the ride.

I initially saw Pro as one of those Disney update YouTubers like DSNY Newscast and even Mickey Views. But it’s become clearer he’s another one of those grifters. By the way, isn’t Pro a member on this forum?

It’s a shame I never got to see the original CBJ. I was originally gonna go last August but things came up two months before. I’ll never get to see the original
