That's a good guess. There are a lot of pictures of horses at Saratoga Springs, but @danyoung56 is right:

This 83 can be found in the large barn at Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Fort Wilderness. This is a fun place to visit and meet the horses, and there's a small room with displays about the history of horses at Walt Disney World:
