Yes, that's it. This 22 is on an Al's Toy Barn price tag on this large T-Rex display at the beginning of Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood Studios.

Given that 26 was on the left side of the Hall of Presidents (if you're looking at the Hall head-on), I would think 19 would be somewhere to the right near where the Muppet show is/was.
