YES! That's it ... this is the huge mural / map outside Territory Lounge at Wilderness Lodge. @Rinx was very close as this is right next to Artist Point.

Yep, this number 28 is next to the entrance of the Via Napoli restaurant at Epcot.

so i must admit, it was a total guess, but it looked like a marble sign, and a lot of marble comes from Italy.
Not just a guess then, but an educated guess. Very good.
Here’s another 28 that shouldn’t be so hard. Does anyone know where this is from?

Festival of the Lion King
The last number 28 was from the Twenty Eight & Main logo in the Marketplace Co-Op store at Disney Springs.
Today's number is 27. Can you guess where this was taken?

These have been quite tricky lately. My guess will be Yacht Club. If that is totally not even close allow me to explain my wild guess. Yacht Club is modeled after an old New England fishing resort. There's what appears to be a mama duck with young in the picture. "Make Way for Ducklings" is a popular story in Boston and even has a statue in the Boston Common so that is why I am guessing Yacht Club

Good thinking ... I really like that guess, but this is not at Yacht Club. It is at a resort though!
It doesn't have anything to do with the duck; there are lots of other animals and pictures on this object. Think about what the object is.
