Granted, but it's for the same usage. No extra parks, no extra hotels, no extra nothing, just trees and wildlife.

I wish I could move down south. To SoCal, that is.

Granted, but it's a lot of work to have to deal with and soon it all goes bad and the plants die and you're upset.
