I forgive you for cheating on us with another thread....I’ve checked in on that one too:)

Lots of changes coming fast. The rumor is that starting as early as tomorrow they will start reducing queue lines on select attractions down to 3 feet (apparently the distancing signs already lost the 6ft language in select places, go to full loading on any attractions that hadn’t already changed and increase capacity on shows that were limited. It sounds like there is also an expected announcement any day now on outdoor masks. Similar to Universal the expectation is they will drop the mask requirement outdoors but require masks in shops, on ride queues and on indoor rides.
All sounds great but have heard nothing on FP or any form of that at all. Increased capacity is wonderful but if people are now forced to wait in lines that are going to increasingly get longer there will be a lot of complaining to be had. The lines with 35% or so capacity were hitting 45 minutes and more on most big attractions. Even a increase of 5-10% will quickly make them much longer. Up to 50% and I wouldn’t want to be a CM or work in guest relations without some way for people to get on a few rides with little wait.

There goes guest satisfaction being at it's best in years. No amount of fireworks or shows will fix that til FP comes back.

That’s gonna be chaos. Odd that they took 2 week to phase out temp screenings and less than 12 hours for outdoor masks.
We're headed down tomorrow for a week. Partially happy, partially worried about larger crowds (although maybe the reservation system will prevent that).

That wonderful guest satisfaction is all but gone now. Especially when you add in more people to the parks, lack of FP and CMs enforcing masks indoors.

They did add reservations recently. I think there could be a minor uptick from locals waiting for it. This is a good time usually for crowds so should be ok

They opened up more reservations starting Monday.

Unfortunately, I don't know where they're going to put these people. Yet again, I point out the two outdoor theaters sitting dormant in DHS.
Guess we're rope dropping every day then. We're staying on site, so that means we can go in 30 min early everyday, correct?

The start date for that hasn't been announced yet but most parks are letting people in up to an hour early

THIS.

Re-opening is great. Increasing park pass availability is great.

But with no character meets, no parades, extremely limited table service dining, extremely limited entertainment… this could create a nightmare guest experience. But at least you won’t be wearing a mask.

Hopefully, they accelerate the return of more entertainment. Not just Laugh Floor.
If they move quickly, they could have a lot more online by July.

Like I said earlier all that high guest satisfaction is most likely going to be gone now. Adding more things will help but they also need a return of FP cause wait times are going to skyrocket with more people in the parks.
