I love how people keep “pointing things out” to doctors and healthcare professionals.Just pointing out again that only 31 of those 120 reported yesterday died in July.

Were you able to put together a real graph by death date? Sounds morbid, I know. I guess it literally is though.

This is disingenuous in the extreme. Not normalized for testing at all. It’s been said a million times but it’s true and if we did we wouldn’t be in this mess right now. Slower openings.. masks mandatory.. social distancing as much as possible. These are basic and not hard things to do. I just don’t get it.
It took 95 days to reach I million.
It took 43 days to reach 2 million.
It took 28 days to reach 3 million.
it’s accelerating, we all know it and we handled it badly. As others mentioned, we are here now, what do we do.
I’ve heard that. Wasn’t going to add it in with the article but I don’t like leaving things out when I post one. Funny thing is, a quick google search shows most Florida papers saying it was 120 in one day. But you found the one silver lining, if true, with all those horrible other things happening.Just pointing out again that only 31 of those 120 reported yesterday died in July.
So there were 93 deaths in FL recorded today.
????? This I have to hear. Please expand on your very mysterious post. This is disingenuous in the extreme. Not normalized for testing at all.
Try and stay level headed y’all.
we saw this coming. So now the deaths are coming out, and it's still not proof of anything because "they were in the past." Nice little system.
If they are appropriately backfilling deaths based on date so the death trends can be read accurately, should be good...
Where did you see that?
It's about time.
No...I said, IF. lol. I don't really know.
I like you. Lol You remind me of a guy I worked with. He was level headed And a great guy. He never took sides, stayed on the fence and looked over to see both sides. Never knew exactly where he stood but was hilarious. We would call him the sniper.. because once in awhile he would attack ( not in a mean way, just in a way we never expected) . We would be like, where did that come from? Then a hour or two later do the same thing to the other side. Always keeping people on there toes. Great guy. Anyway, cheers! I wish I could be more level headed and try and control myself more.No...I said, IF. lol. I don't really know. It would be nice though....Maybe in their internal data, they do this?

Sure, but does everyone do that. You can’t use your phone for directions or to locate the nearest XYZ without that turned on. My only point is I think a lot of people are fine with turning a blind eye to “privacy” when it benefits them immediately, but when something has no “perceived value” to them directly then it’s hide behind privacy rights. We all know social media companies are actively compiling data on all users and even selling it, yet people have accounts and use them. Even Disney with the magic bands, after all the talk of privacy concerns how many people actually refused to use the bands? My guess is some, but not many.Unless one is using an old smartphone then the code is not needed to know if apps are using location services. They are something that requires user permission and can be turned off.
The thing I find more humorous is that there seems to be some correlation between "masks are dumb" and "I'm not going to have an app invade my privacy." I like to look at mask requirements as mandatory anonymity.Sure, but does everyone do that. You can’t use your phone for directions or to locate the nearest XYZ without that turned on. Not at all.So basically what you're saying is, I try really hard to hide the jerk in me...but sometimes I just cannot help myself and the jerk comes out? I am not sure how to take this...but there may be truth there...
The epidemic isn’t accelerating. Your post is, at best disingenuous, at worst, a knowing lie.????? This I have to hear. Please expand on your very mysterious post.
So the increased hospitalizations are a coincidence? The epidemic isn’t accelerating. Your post is, at best disingenuous, at worst, a knowing lie.
That type of thing is why there is such division on this issue.
We did almost 6 million tests so far in July. 6 million. Think that has anything to do with case counts?
FWIW, only 5 countries on earth have done that many tests EVER. And we did it in 9 days.
