If that chart showing 5,420 deaths is correct then they still have a higher number of deaths per capita then the US. Are you posting that because you agree that they handled it poorly?
They are now in single digit per day of deaths. Their pandemic is over. There is also this....
Sweden did an abysmal job protecting their LTC facilities. Worse then even NY or NJ. 75% of their deaths are from long term care facilities.
Now we see this chart, and Sweden is having a normal year of deaths, the LTC patients, where the average time from check in to death is 30 months, have been disproportionately effected by this. They could have done much better there. And should have.
Not saying they are perfect, but in terms of lockdown v no lockdown, at worst, it’s a draw. And IMO the tie goes to no lockdown bc it doesn’t come with the same side effects as lockdown does.
