Because it is!!!! This is all about the date on the calendar and has been since day 1. It’s about the struggle for power and public health is the football.

Many Americans don’t follow Americans politics - and I don’t blame them - but the truth usually is found with those that do.

it isn’t false. It is just not the main story today that you and many others want to hear. Just because you don’t want them to mention anything positive doesn’t mean it isn’t true.

In Late April florida had roughly 50 deaths a day, and the average age of cases was around 60. Now for June we're at 10 deaths a day and the average age of cases is around 37.

Even leaving aside that deaths are a lagging indicator, the issue with Florida has been with the last week or so. What are the death numbers looking like for the last 7-10 days?

There were protests in places like NYC and Boston that are seeing numbers go down....it appears that bars are a major problem, though.

There have been many protests in Minnesota for over a month (though many have had solid mask usage and social distancing from what I’ve seen) and numbers in Minnesota have been stable or even slightly declining lately.

Deaths have declined as the treatment procotols have improved. That’s the upside.

The badside is those protocols will be getting more action

Although if the absolutely bizarre clip of some sort of hearing where Floridians were claiming all sorts of rights infringements if they have to wear masks is anything to go by then I guess things will carry on getting worse.
