What is the best building to request if I want to be close to a bus stop and food court? That place looks massive!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We stayed in Casitas 3, which was great because we were close to two bus stops (the main bust stop and bus stop #2). It was also a really short walk to the Pepper Market/Lobby/ Front desk, but far away enough to be way from the hustle and bustle. It was like a 3 minute walk from our room to the main building and the Main bus stop. We would just walk over to the market to eat breakfast, and take a short little walk to the main bus stop. Bust stop number 2 was like 2-3 minute walk as well.

If you wanted to be really, really really, close, then I would go with Casitas 1 , although we loved Casitas 3. They are both very convenient, but it is a long walk to the Digsite. This isnt so bad however, since you can catch a bus to get there if you really wanted (I'm not sure which bus stop it was you could do this with... I'd ask to make sure).

You cant go wrong with Casitas 1-3, so dont worry if you cant get Casitas 1! Have a great trip! Coronado Springs is massive, but very beautiful. Check out the Digsite!

Here's a map of the place:

Your ideal location would be somewhere in Section E, which is Casitas 1-5, but I would recommend Casitas 1-3. I think Casitas 4 and 5 would be a little too far away from the food court and El Centro. The map makes the bus stops look really far away, but I swear they arent. 5 minute walk TOPS, to either Bus Stop 2 and the Main Bus stop.

Casitas 1 is closest but Cabanas are the "preferred" section. We stayed in Casitas 3 and loved every minute of it! BUT the walk to the Dig Site (pool) is a HAUL from the Casitas so I'd recommend the Cabanas for a family with kids.

Good point. I guess you have see which is the lesser of two evils. Cabanas and Ranchos are near the the main pool, but far from the lobby, Pepper Market, Restaurant, etc. Casitas are near all that, but far from the main pool. Each section has a pool and bus stop.

I think this is one of the best resorts at WDW. Even if you have to walk a bit sometimes to get where you want.

We stayed in Cabanas 9A. Its closest to the main bus stop, lobby, gift shop. Its right near the bridge that takes you to the main pool. It also near a quiet pool which can actually be more enjoyable at busier times. We were very happy with this location.

The resorts "largeness" is due to it being built around this lake. Its beautiful, but we thought the best way to navigate was to use the large footbridge. I would say that whatever your choice, do try and stay close to either end of that bridge. At some point in your stay, it will be important for you to get to the theme pool, at others, the restaurants, and other the bus. The closest you can get to "having it all" would be being near that bridge in Cabanas, IMO.

We stayed in Ranchos 7B and loved it. The quiet pool was right outside our door, and the main pool and bus stops were fairly close. The only problem was the distance from the lobby, but it wasn't much of an issue since we didn't go there much anyway.
