I was waiting for that. Thanks :)

What's really funny is that punk POS was never actually "tased" either. The cartridge was out and the contact or "drive stun" was used. It hurts much less than the probes, localized pain only and causes no loss of motor control. It hurts much less than a bee sting. Of course if you're a young grandstanding scumbag you do everything you can to make it look like it's the worst pain in the world. That idiot got off easy.

Isn't part of their taser training involve getting tased or tasing a fellow officer?
I'm just glad that's not part of their fire arm training...

So long as they were behind closed doors and amongst law enforcement professionals and/or glorified Mall Cops, I don't see a big deal. :veryconfu

Yes if you carry a Taser you've been tased. Carry a baton you've been struck, carry OC you've been sprayed, etc.....

All less lethal options unlike a firearm, which is why you don't need to be shot in the leg to carry a duty weapon.

I believe that this story should be generating much more excitement than it has. What if this was a secret imagineering test for a new attraction. Think of the possibilities here! "Electroshock Bouncing with Tigger". "Cars- Fun With Batteries". "Don't Mess With Alice in Wonderland". We all know how Disney keeps quiet on new attractions. They probably orchestrated the whole bogus "bad cop with Taser" story to throw off the pesky Disney fanatics until they are able to finish their plans. I for one will be the first in line for "Bambi's torturous revenge".

I have to disagree with the hurting less than a bee sting but having been tased three times (once with probes and a 3 foot spread, once in a line of 8 people with inter-locked arms, and a drive stun) a drive stun isn't that bad but still you should never surrender a duty tool to anyone
